comfortable room with pleasant lake view. staff were courteous and helpful. location just outside Strobl was great. breakfast buffet was no frills but adequate. swimming pool and spa area recently refurbished and spotlessly clean - tho sauna, steam room etc. not in operation while we were there - probably could have arranged this through Reception if we'd asked.
Bar closed at 10 pm - Reception at 9 pm dinner available only 7 - 9 and required pre-ordering at breakfast. Air con in bedrooms would be great help.

the staff, Cleanliness of the room, view from the balcony,nice atmosphere
the rooms with a beautiful view are with noise due to road near to the hotel, and windows must be kept open because the rooms without air-conditioning but in the sun from noon to the sunset.
